Half a world away from Enid, our Uganda Missions ministry is a family caring for vulnerable children — sharing the love of Jesus through food, shelter, education, and hope.
About the mission
Our story
Our Uganda Missions ministry helps care for children who have been abandoned, rescued from trafficking, or left with nowhere to turn. On the ground in Uganda, they're welcomed into a safe home and cared for by people who were once orphaned children themselves — and who have been rescuing and raising the vulnerable since 2012.
World Harvest Church is committed to this work. Our own co-pastor, Tamy Mendenhall, helps lead it, and through your generosity we help provide food, shelter, education, and the hope of Jesus for children who are counting on it.
