About Our Frontlines Ministry
Frontlines is World Harvest’s Sunday morning experience ministry. Romans 15:7 says, “Therefore, welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God.” Frontlines seeks to do that by intentionally creating an environment and experience that will encourage our members and guests to take their next best step in their relationship with Christ and the Church.
If you are looking for a way to get involved at World Harvest, Frontlines is the perfect place to start! You will have the opportunity to get to know others in a small team setting while developing and deploying your gifts.
There are a number of ways to serve on the Frontlines Team. Some opportunities include: Welcome Center, Parking, Greeting, Prayer, Hosts, Coffee, and Connect. Learn more about our teams below.
Ways to Serve with Our Frontlines Ministry
Welcome Team
Our Welcome Center Team is armed with information and eager to answer questions. The goal is to help people take their next steps at World Harvest by providing information for events, Membership, Harvest Groups, serving, and more.
Prayer Team
Do you thrive in pastoral moments and come alive getting to pray with and for others? We have a great opportunity for you. Come and join our Prayer Team and minister to others!
Host Team
Are you a great host? Do you enjoy helping people get comfortable and find their way around campus? Our Host Team helps seat people in our Auditorium while making them feel welcomed and at home at World Harvest.
Parking Team
Our Parking Team is the first to welcome anyone who comes on property at World Harvest and the last to say goodbye. If you are energetic and desire to help people navigate our parking lots with a smile on your face, we’d love to have you serve with us!
Greeting Team
Our Greeting Team is stationed at all entrances and help welcome people to World Harvest with a smile. They help direct traffic and make everyone who walks in our doors feel seen and welcome here.
Connect Team
Our Connect Team seeks to make people feel seen and valued. They are scattered throughout both the Commons and the Auditorium to reach out and engage in meaningful conversations with members and visitors on Sunday mornings.
Coffee Team
The Coffee Team works hard to make sure every guest has the chance to grab a hot cup of coffee. This role requires some lifting, labor and cleaning.
